Create an Airbnb Password (Connection Resolution)
If you're having trouble connecting Sympl to your Airbnb account that was previously created using a Facebook or Gmail login, you'll need to create a separate Airbnb username and password.
To create your unique username and password, Airbnb's documentation outlines the steps required. If you'd prefer not to navigate away from the site, you may find their instructions below:
- Log out of your Airbnb account
- Follow the steps to reset your password
After you've created your new password, you'll no longer be able to log in using Gmail or Facebook.
Once completed, Sympl will be able to connect to your Airbnb account using these new credentials.
