Using PriceLabs with Sympl
With the PriceLabs integration, you can automatically update your daily rates, minimum stay requirements, weekly and monthly discounts, and extra guest fees in Sympl. This allows you to streamline your pricing strategy directly from PriceLabs.
Connecting PriceLabs to Sympl
To connect your PriceLabs account with Sympl:
Log in to your PriceLabs account.
Click “Add your listings” from the PriceLabs dashboard.
Select “Tokeet” from the dropdown menu.
Click “Connect with Tokeet” – you’ll be redirected to the Tokeet login page.
Log in to your Tokeet account (if you're not already logged in).
Authorize PriceLabs by clicking “Continue”.
Once authorized, your Sympl listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.
Viewing PriceLabs Rates in Sympl
After syncing rates from PriceLabs, return to Sympl. You’ll see:
PriceLabs rates populated for up to 1 year and 6 months
Existing Sympl rates will be overwritten by PriceLabs rates
Rates will appear as a “default” rate category, with PriceLabs in the name
To display these rates on your Sympl calendar click on the Refresh icon on your Rates Calendar:
If you do not see your PriceLabs rates on your Sympl calendar, you can do a manual rate refresh by doing the following:
Open the Base Rates settings for the rental and click Save.
Go to the Rates Table, click on one of the PriceLabs rates, and click Save again.
Refresh your browser to view the updated calendar.
Auto Push Rates to API Channels
How it works
PriceLabs can automatically push rates to your API-connected channels only if the following conditions are met:
You’ve set up rate mapping for the channel
Auto Sync is enabled for that channel
This applies to both standard channels and CM2 channels (like Trip.com, Tiket, Holidu, GVR, Marriott, Rentals United).
For CM2 channels without rate mappings, PriceLabs will use the last manually selected Tokeet rate category and channel rate plan.
Auto Push Rates to API Channels
Does this feature activate automatically?
No. Auto push only works when:
Rate mapping is configured for the channel
Auto Sync is toggled ON for the channel
When are rates pushed?
Automatically via the PriceLabs daily sync (cron job) every 24 hours
Within 5–10 minutes when you update rates in PriceLabs and click “Sync Now”
How to opt out
If you prefer not to auto-push rates:
Go to the Rates Mapping tab in Sympl and toggle Auto Sync OFF for the desired channel.
Additional Notes
Existing Sympl rates will be overwritten by PriceLabs data.
PriceLabs rates are now also visible on Websites connected to Sympl for listings using the integration.
If no rate mapping or manual push is done, rates will not be pushed automatically.
