How to Send Quotes

To streamline the process and improving guest communication now you can send a Quote to guests via Email or SMS from the Inquiry Overlay.

Go to the Create Inquiry/Booking overlay via the Calendar or Inquiries module where you will see the 2 options:

  1. Save & Send Quote via Email

  2. Save & Send Quote via SMS

Below is screenshot of quote sent via Email to guest with booking/inquiry details:
