Guest List Overview

Guest communication is an integral part of your vacation rental operation - Sympl's guest list feature acts as a centralized communication center for your API connections and direct bookings. Any bookings or inquiries that are made with your business will create a record in your guest list so you can find and reference it at a later date if needed.

To access your guest list directly, open the "More" drop-down menu in the main menu bar, then click "Guests".

Along with being able to respond to inquiries and send pertinent information to guests whenever needed, the guest list also allows you to store extra customer details and sort them with tags. These customer details can be accessed from various points of your Sympl interface, such as via the calendar or search bar.

The complete guest record is designed to allow you to easily do any of the following from within the guest record.

  • Send Messages
  • Add Notes to the guest record
  • Upload files or photos pertinent to the guest
  • Record Interactions such as phone calls and meetings
  • View and access all bookings relating to the guest
  • Set and create attributes

Simply select the tab on the guest record overlay that corresponds with your needs.
