User Type and Permissions Overview
Sympl makes it managing user roles easy as there are only two user types:
- House Staff
For instructions on how to create users please see the following article: How Do I Add and Update Users?
Administrator users get full access to all menus and modules available for the account subscription level. The Administrator has complete control and visibility over the entire Sympl rental management interface.
House Staff users have access to the Calendar module only. House Staff cannot see price details, cannot modify Inquiries, and cannot create Booking or Hold Events.
